Configure business email hosting and domain authentication records to improve reliable sending and receiving across the agreed mail platform.
Scope of work
We confirm the systems, access boundaries, delivery window and acceptance criteria with you before making changes. The service includes:
- Review the mail platform, domains, routing and current authentication records.
- Configure or verify MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records for the selected platform.
- Set up agreed mailboxes, aliases or routing rules where access permits.
- Validate send/receive paths, authentication alignment and common DNS issues.
Delivery approach
Make only the agreed changes, record assumptions and follow an approved change window.
Check the agreed outcomes and provide a clear handover with follow-up recommendations.
Expected deliverable
Mail configuration checklist, DNS record set and test summary.
What we need from you
Admin access to the selected mail platform and DNS zone; approved sender domains.
Service boundary
Mailbox licensing and third-party reputation or inbox placement are outside this configuration service.
Standard hourly price
USD $20 per hour. One product quantity represents one hour of professional time. We can confirm a fixed project quote after reviewing your requirements.
